About the Founder
Guardian Ops Advisory was founded by Byron Jabara, a fire service professional with more than 17 years of experience in municipal fire department operations. Byron currently serves as a Lieutenant, where he leads company operations and responds to a wide range of emergency incidents. Through years of operational experience, he has seen firsthand how clear policies and well-organized operations manuals support safer and more effective emergency response.
In addition to frontline leadership, Byron has been involved in reviewing and improving departmental policies and administrative guidance. He also developed the OverWatch Remote Information Support Program, a framework designed to improve situational awareness by providing incident commanders with off-scene information during significant incidents. Guardian Ops Advisory was created to help fire departments strengthen policy clarity, modernize operational guidance, and address emerging challenges facing today's fire service.
